Senior Director Program Strategy & Ops
As Senior Director, Luis leads the Program Director team supporting the individuals directly operating iteach state programs. Prior to this role Luis served as Program Director for Kentucky, then Louisiana. He brings 17 years of classroom experience and department leadership.
