Admission Requirements
Getting Started
iteach is here for you! Our research-based curriculum and high-quality support will help you feel confidently prepared to succeed. Below are the requirements for acceptance into the iteach Virginia Add-On Endorsement Program.
Requirements for Program Admission
Valid Virginia Teacher License
You must hold a current Collegiate Professional License or Post-graduate Professional License.
Coursework
Complete the Virginia Introductory Course.
Agreement
Acknowledge your Enrollment Agreement.
Set Up Payment Plan
Enter your credit card information to establish the 6-month payment plan, which begins once you are enrolled in the Virginia Add-On program.
Fees
Pay your $250 enrollment fee.
Take the next step
in your career with iteach.
Teach the Subject You Want
You can add on to your Professional License in one of the following endorsement areas: Elementary Education, Special Education: Adapted Curriculum or Special Education: General Curriculum. To add to your Professional License in a new endorsement area, you must hold a valid Virginia Professional or Post-graduate Professional Teacher License.
