Kimberly is the Western Region Program Director at iteach. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Master of Arts in History, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Literacy.
Kimberly’s political background allowed her to serve on staff with the US Senate Majority Leader before entering the teaching field in 2004. She was a classroom teacher for over ten years, wrote curriculum as part of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network, and finished her career in public schools after five years in administration.
She has two children and a loving husband, and she continues to use her voice to advocate for schools and teachers through published editorials, podcasts, and the iteach blog.
