We are a Pre-K through 12 grade campus with roughly 230 students. We are looking to add teachers to our staff, and as a district of innovation, they just need to be working on their certifications to be hired.
We are roughly 40 miles outside of Odessa, but even as a small community the town of Imperial can be a great place to start teaching!
We offer staff housing, pay $6,000 above base and an $8,000 coaching stipend if that is something any of your students may be interested in. Buena Vista also offers to pay $50 an hour for any tutoring our teachers complete and if they volunteer to work at any of our sporting events (keeping books or running the clock) we offer compensation for that as well.
